We are concerned about the lack of transparency, financial discipline and accountability to the taxpayers by our elected officials and Town Hall which is causing our tax rates to soar,
Therefore, PlymouthFirst, a grassroots organization, intends to do something about it by educating the citizenry of Plymouth on issues vital to their well-being,
